   We value our customers and are ready to help. Should you have any questions about the website or problems with your order, that are not answered below, you may contact us at our main office (310) 920-0414. Our representatives will be happy to serve you . office hours are Monday thru Friday, from 10am until 4pm PST., if no one is able to take your call, leave a message in our voicemail box and we'll endeavor to respond within 2 business days (usually the following day). Or if you prefer email us at info@NOIZELA.com and we should reply within 72 hours.

When is the best time to order?
   New titles and restocks are being added to our inventory throughout the week. Our expert staff work as hard as they can to get the titles onto the website and into your hands as quickly as possible. Tuesday is the big day for imports from Europe, this is when many of the new titles are received. We ship out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We take orders 7 days a week 24 hours a day. Dj equipment may not always be in stock due to demand or production delays please contact us before placing order at sales @noizela.com


 

How will my order be shipped ?

All orders will be shipped via U.S Postal Services.

When will my order ship?
   All orders should ship within 1 business day, providing there are no delays with your credit card, billing address or typo errors on your order form. Business days are Monday to Friday, except public holidays. Orders submitted after 4pm PST/ 7pm EST will be considered placed on the following business day.

When I place an order, do I receive confirmation?
   You will receive an email within 24 hours once your order has been processed letting you know it will be shipped, if processed during regular business hours(Monday thru Friday 10am till 4pm PST). Orders processed on Saturdays or Sundays will not be shipped until the next business day.

If you don't have a record I ordered, what are my options?
   You will receive a list of any out of stock items, when we send out your conformation email. You will be asked to respond with any changes you wish to make. After this time we will ship your order, NO Minimum Order required.

Selecting Items For Order.
   After you have searched for your releases you may select an item to be placed in your virtual shopping cart by clicking on the select box at the far left of the item. By doing so our system will remember this either until you place your order or you clear your entire list. After you clicked "ADD", the item will either appear in your basket or you will see this message "THE FOLLOWING ITEM(S) ARE CURRENTLY NOT IN STOCK. YOU MAY REQUEST TO BE EMAILED WHEN OR IF THEY COME BACK IN STOCK" simply enter your email address and if that items comes back into stock in the next 90 days you will receive an email. * Tip Always make a note of the 5 digit catalog numbers of both the tracks you order and the ones you want.

How To Delete An Item.
   You may delete an item at the completion of your order. When you are prompted to select how many copies of each release you want, simply place a zero in the appropriate field and your selection will be deleted.

Ordering More Than One Copy.
   This should only be done at the end of your order. After you click the Buy button the next screen to come up will have a button which will prompt you to check out. Press this button and the next page will have an input field before each title where you can modify the number of copies you would like to buy.

Tracking my orders...
  All orders are mailed USPS Priority 2-3 day delivery mail. You will receive an email stating mailing date of items .

Shipping Information.
Shipping and handling are taken into consideration when total shipping cost are calculated. Most Domestic orders, including Canada, are shipped via UPS ). You can calculate your shipping by visiting the following web page. UPS takes anywhere from 2-3 business days Canada 1-7 days and Europe 1 - 2 weeks to reach you.

Shipping cost for Europe are is much higher and our system doesn't always calculate these charges correctly so an added fee might be requested via paypal to make up the difference.

   We encourage a minimum order of $25.00, ( Europe, Australia , New Zealand, Asia ) partly because of the high cost of shipping one or two items, which many customers are unaware of and can double the actual cost of the record.

Return Policy

Because of the fragile and time sensitive nature of vinyl recordings they are not returnable except for the following reasons:
Acceptable Returns:
1. Damaged Goods. We check your records at the time of shipping to make sure that they are not damaged. If for some reason they are, or your package is damaged in shipping we will issue a return authorization.
2. Manufacturing defects. From time to time when records are pressed they may contain a defect that might cause the record to skip or simply the wrong label contain the incorrect vinyl in the correct record sleeve in which case we will issue a return authorization.
3. Clerical Error. If for some reason one of our order processing agents ships an incorrect record (i.e. the wrong remix) we will issue a return authorization.
4. Incorrect Audio Sample on Web site. In rare instances a record will be incorrectly linked to the wrong sound sample on our web site in which case we will issue a return authorization.

5.Thier will be a 5% processing fee If you decide to cancel an order. The 5% fee is subtracted from the returned moneys.

We will not accept returns for the following reasons:
"I listened to it when I got it and decided I didn't like it" - We offer a 1 1/2 to 2 minute sample for each record on our web site, this should be enough for you to base you decision on. "I forgot that I ordered it and picked it up at my local store" - Sorry you forgot but maybe you local store will take the return, we won't.

Accuracy of Content and Pricing Information

Placing items in your cart does not reserve the current prices shown at that time, and prices are reserved only by placing an order. In the event of a pricing error, Noize L.A. will take one of the following options: (1) If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item; or (2) if an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We apologize for any inconvenience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to any errors or inaccuracies, you may return it in accordance with our return procedure.


Obtaining a return authorization.

Please email us at info@noizela.com with the order number, your name, email address and the order number which contains the record(s) in question, name of the track you'd like to return and detailed reason for return. A customer service rep will email you back a Return Authorization email detailing what to do. We will not accept returns without a return authorization.

Our store return policy for software and hardware is as follows:
All orders are inspected to make sure the item is sealed and secured for shipping. We will not refund any portion of the sale. Please chose wisely. Once your product is received, please register your product. The manufacture demands to deal with consumers when it comes to offering quality solutions to registered product users.
